Jack, the owner and founder of Golden Bee Homes, is a third-generation builder. His father and grandfather were both in the building and construction industry, but Jack doesn’t consider himself a builder – he’s a creator with impeccable attention to detail. He’s dedicated to providing clients with excellent service and top-notch quality.
Jack has an easy rapport with clients and is always motivated by their satisfaction, leading to long-lasting relationships. His work is a testament to his exceptional craftsmanship – he takes pride in being able to take a project from its concept stages all the way through to completion.
MARIA GIACOMINI
SENIOR DESIGNER
Maria, our Senior Designer, has over 20 years of experience in the design-build industry. She is a pleasure to work with and has an innate sense of style and creative vision. Her ability to transform the intimidating steps of a renovation design into an enjoyable and interactive process provides peace of mind for our clients.
She has worked as a Graphic Designer and had the opportunity to study architecture abroad in cities such as Florence, Rome, and Nice when completing her Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University of Toronto. She has also had the pleasure of studying Visual Communication Design in Japan, Hong Kong, and Thailand when completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts honours degree at York University.
APO MRADIAN
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Apo is the Production Manager at Golden Bee Homes, overseeing all our projects and operations.
He joined our team as a labourer in 2015. He swiftly advanced up the ranks after passing his Building Code exams and obtaining his degree in Construction Management at York University’s Schulich Executive Education Centre.
Apo has become an essential part of the company and his role is still expanding.
NICOLE MORALES
DESIGNER
Nicole has a passion for interior design and creates concepts that become reality through her skill in seeing the completed project and advanced rendering skills.
By providing drawings of what the final product will look like, Nicole can help answer questions and ease concerns our clients have about their renovation projects. Nicole’s innovative ideas and creative design solutions have infused new life into the Golden Bee team.
PARS MARGAROSYAN
PROJECT MANAGER
Pars manages the projects and operations, while Pars supervises the day-to-day progress and project management. If any concerns or questions arise during construction, our clients will be able to rely on Pars for a quick and professional response that will help ease their minds. We want our clients to have a positive experience when building with us, so we are happy to provide this extra level of customer service.
Pars is the perfect go-between for clients and tradesmen – his relationship skills, scheduling abilities, and negotiating skills make him an asset to any project. His only goal is to get the job done right while ensuring top-tier quality.
VARAK BALIAN
DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
Varak is responsible for maintaining Golden Standard – Golden Bee’s brand identity and reputation. Recently graduated from university, he is full of energy and ideas, determined to make a name for himself in the industry. With his creative vision, attention to detail, and passion for design, he has plenty of fresh ideas to contribute to the team.
Varak is not only keeping Golden Bee up-to-date with the latest trends, but he has also taken the initiative to incorporate new technologies that will improve our productivity. He was a key player in launching the “Bee Green” initiative in 2020.
RAZMIG KHCHFAJIAN
ACCOUNTING CLERK
Razmig is our certified number cruncher who handles the financials of the Golden Beehive and guarantees that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Razmig is an Accounting Advanced Diploma graduate from Seneca College who is continuing his education to become a CPA.
His attention to detail, meticulous approach to work, and sense of humour make him a valuable part of our team.
